Delivery Charges

 
Please note that the gross weight of a product also includes the weight of packaging required to send the order to you. We look at each product on an individual basis and round up where required. For example if you order a case of a product we will keep the products in the case, which adds a little extra weight.

We use a national courier company which has a track and trace service.

  • The National courier will take a 29kg box to anywhere on the mainland (apart from the IV and KW postcodes) for £5.25. Delivery should be within 2 to 3 working days. Additional boxes are charged at only £3.75 each.
  • For The Highlands (IV and KW postcodes Tip of Scotland) the charge is £10.50 for a 29kg box.
  • For N. Ireland and UK islands the charge is £12.00 for a 29Kg.box.
  • For South/West Yorkshire the charge is £3.49 for every 29kg box. The postcodes included in this rate are - S, Sheffield (all), BD (1-22), HD (all), HX (all), LS (all), WF (all). This local delivery service is temporarily unavailable while we update the software to enable it to work correctly. Apologies for this but we hope to restore it in the very near future.

Note that 29kg is a lot of shopping and will come in a box approximately 55cm x 55cm x 55cm

Delivery to other EU countries

 If you registered with a UK address in the past you will only see those prices. To see the correct shipping charges you must change your user address in the
account settings.

Prices shown are for 29 kilos of goods.
For each 29kg of shopping you buy the delivery cost is added again

    France, Monaco, Belgium, Luxenburg and The Netherlands: £15.

    Austria and Denmark: £20.
  •  
    Spain, Italy,  Slovakia and Czech Republic: £25.
  •  
    Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia: £30.
