Oh oh oh, I made some of the foccacia up this morning with sultanas (AF) and sugare instead of putting in the packet of savoury flavouring. Now I remember why I don't make bread too often, it was irrisistable
i used the sundried tomato one well two actually in the breadmachine  and put on basic rapid cylce  around 2.40min  i think  i have used it for cheese on toast  and savory butties   ps  used the sachets
and at the moment i am trying the dough ball  one in the breadmachine  to make garlic baguettes  ( i did not like the balls )

if you are going to use them differently  baguettes were not bad

I made a delicious vegetarian lasagne yesterday. I mixed some Loyd Grosman tomato and sweet chilli sauce with a tin of adzuki beans and layered it with some lasagne sheets and cheese sauce. I made my own cheese sauce (with flour from AF) but if you've still got a jar of the 4 cheeses sauce that would probably be even nicer. If you use cheese sauce from AF then the only ingredient that's not AF is some grated cheese to sprinkle on top before cooking.

The tomato and chilli sauce is really delicious. I was worried it would be too hot for the kids but they love it.

For anyone that got chilli veg favour noodle instead of a diff favour  add a veg cup-a-soup  and a bit more water it tones down the chilli a little and its a bit creamy

I adapted my families favourite 'peanut butter cookies' recipe using the 'Mixed Nut Butter' - empty a jar of MNB or Hazlenut butter into a mixing bowl, refill the jar with sugar and add that to the bowl, add 1 egg and mix well......

Dollop spoonfulls (I got 9 good sized cookies) onto a baking sheet and bake for 8 - 10 mins @ about 180 degrees.  Allow to cool - they'll be crispy and crunchy when cool, and maybe a bit 'fudgy' in the middle.

No flour, so Gluten Free!

Shortcrust pastry mix, mixed with demerara sugar makes nice instant crumble topping  Wink Could make rhubarb crumbles if you got the huge tins earlier in the year!
