Website says "Order No. 22234 Order Status: Awaiting Shipment" - just wondering if that's correct or if the problem with the status not being updated is still ongoing?????

My reason for asking is my last order was placed around 8pm and I had a dispatch email at 7am the next morning......so superfast!

Not sure if that's the norm or I just ordered on a slow day!  ;)

I placed an order on 6 March, on Monday it was "awaiting shipment" and four days later it still says ""awaiting shipment"
Hopefully the box is on the way by now

My last two orders...21865 and 22017 are still reading 'Awaiting Shipment'

but they are now unpacked and stored in my cupboards.

I did not receive any emails regarding delivery, it was just lucky

I was in. 

There was an interface problem with the new DPD label printing system and our 'back end' systems - it wasn't changing the status to shipped.

We will be clearing the details of all orders shipped with DPD since last week - they will be changed to 'complete' though as if we change them to shipped you will all get an automated e-mail saying goods are on the way (hopefully I'm not shattering an illusion that Dan sends them all out individually)............

Dan assures me he has fixed the problem now so hopefully that is one less problem to worry about!

Problem Im Still waiting - last time I had good they came really quick no probs - but as I wasnt in on time of arrival they were left with my next door neighbour - no probs!!

This order which is paid for etc back on the 26th feb!! I have had no email etc - I have sent an email to them asking for an update - Still waiting for a reply!! Has anyone had a problem with their deliveries???

erm... I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings here but as of last night I still had an order placed on 8th march showing as awaiting shipment which I have already received!

(I also have one placed a few days later which shows awaiting shipment which I have NOT yet received - so from my experience I would say that it isn't yet 100% right.)

I had three automated e-mails from AF at lunchtime yesterday, around 1 pm, they all said my parcel was packed and waiting for the courier to pick it up, so I assume it was picked up yesterday? Since then I have not had anything from the courier, no tracking e-mail, nothing. I almost always get a tracking e-mail, even if the tracking doesn't work anyway! Usually if I have an order packed on a Thursday it will be delivered Friday but this time I have no idea. Order number 22461.  :o

Mine still says Order No. 22234 Order Status: Awaiting Shipment". I ordered on the 9th.

No idea if I shoud stay home in case it arrives - or if it hasn't even been packed yet!

If I miss the delivery and courier takes it back to the depot I have no way of getting it  :-[

I think mine will be in two big, heavy boxes so no way I could pick it up either lol I am a bit bemused really, with my last order I had a dispatch e-mail from the courier and was given a 1 hour delivery slot, but this time there is not even an e-mail.  :-\
I am assuming that my orders were/are being delivered by different couriers.  :)

It's status on the DPD site is:

On vehicle for delivery, due between 10:56 - 11:56

Good Heavens Andrea! He turned up at 10.56 on the dot, that's astonishing lol Thank you very much Andrea, you are efficiency personified as usual!  ;D We are all laughing here at how close he was to the time slot!  :o

My order, Order No. 22220 says Awaiting Shipment, but has done since about 1 hour after I placed it, which was March 9th at 09:27am 
Any info on when mine might turn up Andrea?

I had a text to say my order is due to arrive today, but no email about shipping so I cannot trace it. Therefore I also cannot get in touch with the delivery company either to tell them to leave it with a neighbour as I need it for this weekend :(

None of the re-delivery times are any use either as I'll still be at work. Hope they leave it with a neighbour or outside the flat door  :'(

Hi, I'm new here, but was very pleased with the contents of my first box.
It also arrived on the stated day.
I have placed another order on 9th and now wonder if it will arrive today or tomorrow?
I was sent an email today, saying:
Your order has been packed and is now waiting for the courier to pick up your shipment.
My Ref is:22426

So does that mean that I will get it today? Or will it be posted today? Can anyone please enlighten me? Last time I got a text on my mobile to say that I would receive it on that day.

I'm just happy to get my shopping in this way, as I live in the Highlands and can't even get Tesco to deliver here.
I was like a kid on Xmas day when my parcel arrived.

Yours currently says 'confirmed at depot' and has done since 02:40 this morning - I have found that this can mean that the parcel in on the way out for delivery but for some reason has not been scanned onto a van but I'll chase it up for you with DPD.
