yes i do think you will get your order,
mine took a week to arrive last time i ordered from them and there is a lot of new stuff on the site today so i just think with the move ect ,things are taking longer to arrive.

dont know what to say about not answering their phones or emails though-sorry

I had this up on another page -

"Theyve had a couple of notes up on their facebook page -

" Ok we want to keep you updated. We currently are moving into large premises, so over the next few days, if you are experiencing slower delivery or not as quick responses on the email or telephone this is the reason why, but we will get back to you asap. This is a measure we are taking, due to the increased demand of our... service from the UK & EU and to help us provide a better level of service for all customers."  July 10 7pm

"Move nearly complete, also we have some new very good suppliers on board so expect some better bargains Smiley"  Sunday 12.56

"Once the move is complete, we will be sending 99% of orders out 'Next Day'. We will also seeing if we can have the basket weight feature on every page.
Thank you"  Sunday 3.57

I think you might have just hit their moving weekend.  Every email Ive sent in the past they have gotten back within an hour and always answer phone calls quickly."

Theyve just put this up on their facebook page -

"Food bargains  We have been made aware our telephone lines have a techinal fault and therefore we can't receive calls, we apologise about this and have informed BT to take alook at this problem.
We recommend sending us an email via the ''Contact Us'' on the homepage for the faster response.
Thank you"

i think foodbargains monitor this forum as, about a hour after i had posted someone called me from foodbargains, and apoligised for the delay, they are moving warehouses, and BT are being a pain in the telephone dept!  at least they got back to me, even if it was via a rivals website!!!

I am happy with their service - theyve always done me very well although I know theyve had problems with their site move this weekend phone lines down etc....

Sadly they dont have a high input of new things so although I check I dont order so often.
